Gentle Hatha

An eclectic mix of different styles of Hatha Yoga used to develop strength and flexibility while maintaining focus with conscious breathing. Location: Big Room.

Gentle Stretch

A gentle stretch class designed to improve balance, posture, and flexibility. Location: Big Room.

Hatha Flow

You will focus on movement and breath in this class to produce postures that flow naturally from one to the next. Location: Big Room

Center Barre

A fun fitness class for non-dancers and dancers alike.  It combines the basic muscle toning movements of the ballet barre which focus on strengthening, toning, balance and overall fitness. Location: Big Room.

Pilates Mat Basics

Experience a well-rounded workout with emphasis on increased coordination, breath, precise control, concentration and “moving from your center.” Location: Big Room. 

Yoga for Mobility

This class is perfect for all levels, this class is a great way to relax from head to toe, stretch your body, relieve tension and increase mobility. 30 minute class.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a low impact exercise that is fan static for building your balance and coordination. With its slow and deliberate movements, Tai Chi is often described as mediation in motion. Its stress-reducing benefits make it a popular exercise prated by millions of people around the world. Easy to follow. No experience needed.


Nia combines martial arts, modern dance arts and yoga in a workout set to music.

Cardio Step

A challenging & fun step workout with intense cardio intervals to get your heart pumping! Location: Big Room. 

Triple Threat

Combines important areas of any workout all in one.  This class will focus on equally on strength training, cardiovascular work, and core exercises creating an awesome overall workout.  Don’t be threatened, bring your smile and enthusiasm and have some fun!


Taking you back to the 80’s with the music, choreography and FUN!  Great hi/lo aerobic steps for all fitness levels. Location: Big Room.

Step Challenge

Get focused cardio conditioning utilizing the step in this spirited workout. Location: Big Room.

Rock N Roll

30 minute high intensity strength/body weight training followed by 20 minutes of stretching and foam rolling.  Foam rollers will be provided. Location: Big Room.

Combines strength and balance for a full body, low impact workout good for all fitness levels.

Cycle Energy

Enjoy this challenging workout that will keep you in your target heart rate zone with moderate to high intensity paced cycling. Location: Cycle Studio.

We are now offering rowing classes at BodyBusiness! Row On Austin classes harness the full body nature of rowing, and toning properties of strength training. Students move between indoor rowing machines and strength training segments, burning calories and pushing limits.
