Many members of our team have been with us for more than 10 years. Together our management team has over 75 years of experience (and we’re not that old!) helping people get fit and stay healthy. We know our members’ stories and are committed to creating a comfortable place for people to lose weight and reach their goals.

Hobbies/Interests: In personal life I love exploring other forms of exercise i.e. parkour, extreme sports, trapeze, rock climbing, mountain biking, swimming, hiking. I love various martial arts and have studied hand to hand as well as Jiu Jitsu. To relax I like exploring Austin and all the fun things it has to offer.
