Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 3 Apples*, cored and cut into chunks
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 cup Apple Cider*
  • 1 cup Oats (preferably old-fashioned or rolled)
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • ½ Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds (optional)
  • ¼ Tsp. sea Salt

Note: add any desired toppings such as dried fruit or nuts
*Organic recommended

Directions

  1. Spray the inside of your crockpot with the cooking spray. Place all ingredients in the crockpot, stir and cook for 7 hours on low.
  2. Add desired toppings and enjoy!
