About the Coach: RP Stuart
With 10+ years of experience in athletic style of training along with recovering through two extensive knee surgeries, RP has a diverse background and client demographic. Whether you are an athlete or just training to get/stay in shape, RP enjoys incorporating a mixture of free weights, plyometrics and machines along with balance and stability exercises to improve their overall well being. HE has a degree in Exercise Science from Louisiana Tech university, where he played football, and currently holds ISSA Strength and Conditioning Specialist and lvl II & Corrective Exercise Specialist certifications.
