Dear BodyBusiness Members and Community,
It’s been almost 11 weeks since we locked the doors at the gym. Every single day has been one of conversations, potential outcomes and memories of our amazing members. There have been more than a few sleepless nights and countless cups of coffee trying to devise a way to re-open that:
1) had our members safety as our top priority
2) kept our staff employed in an environment where they can thrive
3) was financially sustainable
Each plan presented unavoidable obstacles and the realization that there was only one answer.
It breaks my heart to let you all know that BodyBusiness will not be re-opening.
Whether you have been a member for 35 years or 35 days, a trainer or staff member, a small business we collaborated with, or a community member who stopped by from time to time…thank you from the very bottom of my heart.
It has been an honor to be a part of each and every moment of your wellness journey. I know I speak for the entire BodyBusiness family when I say it is because of you that we showed up every day. You are not just a member at the gym, you will always be family.
Within the next week, you will receive an additional email with details regarding our closing and a final farewell (social distancing approved). I wish you health and joy and new possibilities as we close the doors of a truly amazing place. Although we are saying goodbye to the gym, the wonderful memories will never be forgotten nor will the constant inspiration that BodyBusiness created!
