Free Bootcamp Workout

Challenge yourself with a high-intensity interval (HIIT) workout in the Cover 3 parking lot. Trainers Tanner and Bryan will get your heart pumping while you torch calories. This FREE bootcamp-style workout is scaled for all fitness levels, so come out and get your sweat on!

Brunch at Cover 3

Cover 3 opens up the patio for brunch at 10:45 a.m. following the workout. From Chili & Eggs to Stuffed Brioche French Toast, Cover 3’s award-winning brunch offers your choice of delicious ways to refuel for the day. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy a complimentary Bloody Mary or beverage from the Bubbles Bar!

Bootcamp Trainers

North Austin Personal Trainer Tanner Rhodes

Tanner Rhodes is a certified personal trainer at BodyBusiness Fitness Club. In addition to training clients one-on-one, Tanner teaches indoor rowing classes and coaches Tribe Life and Core group workouts.

Certified personal trainer Bryan Clark has more recently brought his years of fitness experience to BodyBusiness. He currently coaches Small Group training sessions as well as working individually with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
