Join us on Saturday, December 14 for FitFest, a free fitness event hosted by BodyBusiness Fitness Club. Our certified fitness professionals will offering free half-hour fitness assessments as well as special small group training workouts. You’ll also have a chance to try assisted stretching with one of our stretching specialists.
FitFest is a FREE event and open to the community. You do not need to be a member to participate.
Work one-on-one with a BodyBusiness certified personal trainer to determine your fitness goals and your fitness challenges during a free 30-minute Fitness Assessment.
Fitness assessments will include a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) which measures your strength, mobility, balance, and coordination. You’ll discuss with a trainer your exercise needs, goals or concerns you have about using equipment, creating workouts, and incorporating recovery into your fitness program. Together you will define a plan for next steps in your fitness journey and how to make them happen! Your success is our #1 priority.
Small Group Training Workouts

Small group training is a workout option that combines the personalized attention of a certified personal trainer at an affordable rate in a fun environment. Join trainers Mark Brown and Rachel Ross for a 30-minute small group session and discover if small group training is the right workout for you.
