No membership required but please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and complete a waiver.

TRX & Kettlebells with Kara
Experience the benefits of a workout designed to increase muscular strength and endurance in both the upper and lower body as well as your core. This class will pair the TRX suspension trainer with kettlebells for a full body workout. Best of all, every exercise can be adjusted to your personal level.
