10:30-11:30am Unwind Yoga/Gentle Hatha
This gentle Hatha yoga practice blends breathing and stretching techniques enabling you to explore your mind/body awareness. Become more limber, flexible and relaxed!
1-2:15pm Yoga With A Partner
A enjoyable, interactive practice, partner yoga lets you release tension, strengthen your body, practice conscious breathing, enhance trust and communication – all in the company of your partner. Bring your partner – someone you’d like to have fun with on the Free Day of Yoga!
2:30-3:30pm Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a technique where you learn to relax consciously – it’s yogic sleep. Combining full body relaxation, breath awareness practice and guided visualizations, you’ll find yourself deeply relaxed and nourished.
