Free Trial Week

TRIBE Life:

Members will experience a fun, low impact, functional exercise session that combines aerobic movement, strength exercises as well as core and flexibility exercises that are gentle on the joints. They are designed to decrease body fat, increase energy levels, achieve cardiovascular fitness and increase functional strength.

TRIBE Fit:

Members will experience high intensity functional fitness that is designed to bring them to new levels of training. Everything they do is for time or a workout to be completed within a specific amount of time. Each week is designed to compliment the last so that they achieve amazing results fast!

TRIBE Core:

Members will experience intelligent training that is designed to bring new levels of strength, support, and flexibility through the back, glutes, abdominals and shoulders.

Lean, mean, fighting machine.

TribePUNCH™ is specifically designed to give you agility, strength, fitness and fighting skills creating a greater confidence within and a lean toned body.

TribePUNCH™ guarantees to help you build power, endurance, and mental toughness ensuring fast measurable results. Your TribePUNCH™ Coach will coach, motivate and challenge you to new levels of strength, fitness and fighting skills season after season.

TRX:

Exercisers of all levels will experience the great benefits that bodyweight training has to offer: increased muscular strength and endurance in both the upper and lower body, as well as tremendous core strength. Best of all, by using the TRX Suspension Trainer, every exercise can be adjusted to everyone’s individual’s personal level.

TRX Barre:

TRX/Barre is a FUN, low-impact, full-body workout that draws its exercises from Pilates, Barre, Yoga and classic TRX strength training. The class is designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body by using a variety of exercise toys both indoors and outdoors. A different theme each class encourages participation and motivation. This unique, creative and entertaining workout appeals to all fitness levels. Join in and reap the benefits of TRX/Barre!

All-In Conditioning:

Built for all fitness levels to help increase muscle, increase endurance, and overall body function.

Not only will you learn safe and proper lifting techniques, you will be inspired to move in ways that prepare you for real activities you confront in your everyday life!

Using a variety of strength and athletic movements, you’ll be amazed what your body can achieve in a mere six-weeks!

Resistance Cardio:

If you’re ready to take your cardio workout to the next level, you’ll love this class! Utilizing a variety of weights and focusing on a total body workout, this engaging, fast-paced and lively class is guaranteed to simultaneously boost your heart rate as well as your mental state! We’re certain you’ll leave this class with a feeling of accomplishment and a smile on your face!
