60 Min. – Half Tribe Fit and Half Boxing Circuit we’ll follow the high intensity Tribe FIT workouts on Mondays and then doing a boxing style workout with a large emphasis of core work on Wednesdays. Both days will include elements of weight lifting, cardio conditioning and core work.

This mix of Foam Rolling and TriggerPoint™ Myofascial Compression Techniques class involves compression rolling of the muscles along with using Trigger Point equipment to create elasticity for a lifestyle change, performance enhancement or general wellness in order to perform at the level you desire.
