Join us every Sunday morning at 11:30 a.m. for a free workout class. These FREE classes are open to the public and a great chance to bring a friend or two to work out with you. Experience a different workout every week!
No membership required but please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and complete a waiver.
Tribe FIT-CORE with Larry
Tribe FIT™ will increase your strength and endurance, burn fat and calories and produce functional full body fitness results leaving you looking and feeling amazingly fit. Tribe CORE™ is a training program intelligently designed to bring toning, strength, stability and power to your core. Tribe CORE™ trains muscles around your pelvis, hips, back and abdomen, starting from the deep torso muscles to leave you with a slim waistline and firm strong abs.
Cycle Stamina with Rick
This challenging class will keep you focused as you alternate between moderate and high-intensity paced courses. •ALL LEVELS
Cardio & Core with Rachel
This small group training will work on increasing your cardio stamina and endurance while strengthening your core along the way. We will combine intense, dynamic and focused, stabilizing movements to get the heart pumping and the core engaged.
Group Fight with Carrie
Group Fight is for anyone wanting a challenging, athletic, and motivating workout. It’s explosive, electric, and thrilling. MMA moves drive a great cardio experience that also strengthens the entire body. It’s a great way to add variety to your training and improve timing, precision, and focus. Plus it’s a great way to kick stress out of your life!
Cardio Bar(re) with Katie
Have fun and get a full body workout! This dance-inspired class combines traditional ballet poses with cardio movement to strength while you burn fat. Meet us at the bar(re) afterwards for a mimosa!
