New Group Ex Schedule Starting September 11th
We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our refreshed group-ex program. Classes begin on Monday September 11th, so be sure to check out the following new formats taught by our growing roster of Austin’s BEST instructors.
HIIT by BB – Prepare for a metabolic journey with this high intensity interval training class. Thoughtfully planned out by our expert instructors, these classes will change YOU as the result of smart programming. Pair this class with Mobility by BB or Core by BB and prepare for your healthiest body yet with this fantastic class combo! **INT/ADV
STRENGTH by BB – Our comprehensive, strength training experience. Thoughtfully planned out by our expert instructors, these classes will change YOU as the result of smart programming. CORE by BB – 30 minutes of focused, trunk work – the perfect add-on to your favorite group-ex classes. *ALL LEVELS
MOBILITY by BB – Flexibility must be accompanied by strength — learn how to access that here as you move through various ranges of motion, correctly and safely. This training will transfer to stronger and safer lifting and on field performance – the perfect foray into group-ex for our members that live for the weight room or their athletic endeavors outside of the gym! *ALL LEVELS
DANCE! by BB – Come prepared to sweat in this dance class inspired, Cardio Conditioning Class. Continuous movement set to great music, will challenge your mind, change your body and truly uplift your soul. WARNING: This class is incredibly fun! *ALL LEVELS
CENTER BARRE by BB – Inspired by the technical precision, challenge and grace definitive of ballet technique, this class fuses ballet with traditional strength training exercises (think plié squats and LOTS of pushups). Our mindful, breath-focused approach will leave you feeling completely centered. *ALL LEVELS
