Ten years ago, BodyBusiness Fitness Club brought a new way to workout to our North Austin community. Join us September 28-October 5 as we celebrate 10 years of Group Power at BodyBusiness.
The anniversary celebration will kick off on Saturday, September at 9:30 a.m. with a special Group Power Throwback class. Group instructor Jennifer Lenich will be taking you back 10 years in time with the first release we did at BodyBusiness.
We’ll keep the momentum going when we launch the new season of Group Power on Monday, September 30. To get into the spirit, wear red and black when you attend any Group Power class during Anniversary Week. If you’re really feeling it, take our Group Power +10 challenge! Pick one track per class and add 10 pounds to your bar!

Group Power is a results-driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight. Group Power combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger.
