Many members of our team have been with us for more than 10 years. Together our management team has over 75 years of experience (and we’re not that old!) helping people get fit and stay healthy. We know our members’ stories and are committed to creating a comfortable place for people to lose weight and reach their goals.

Specialties/Focus in Training: I enjoying working with clients that want to improve their overall fitness at any age. I like pushing clients outside their comfort zone so they see improvements and progress towards their personal goals while keeping fitness fun, safe and effective.

Highlights/Accomplishments: I am the mother of 3 beautiful children: daughter and twins (male/female), graduated from Concordia University of Austin (long time ago), and have worked for BodyBusiness for 24 years.

Favorite Pastimes: I love watching my children play extracurricular activities, getting to go for a run is definitely down time, hanging out on the beach with family and friends, playing black jack in Vegas and shopping with my mom and sister.

My step dad is a tattoo artist, so I grew up interested in art and still love to draw for fun. I was a music producer for many years and still write songs in my free time. I love finding any great creators body of work (film, music, art, etc) and learning everything I can about their work and what inspired them.
