Private Reformer Sessions
Get a personalized session on the Pilates reformer in our Pilates studio. A certified instructor will assess your needs and tailor your workout to help you reach your goals. Sessions are 55 minutes.
Session Cost: $85

Group Reformer Sessions
Group sessions in our Pilates studio offer an affordable opportunity to benefit from the personal attention of a certified instructor while working out in a team setting. Sessions are 55 minutes.
2 people: $45 per person
3-4 people: $35 per person
Pilates Best Start
This introductory package for new Pilates clients is a great way to be introduced to the benefits of Pilates and decide if it’s the right fit for you. Sessions are 55 minutes and are booked with certified instructor Eric Hopkins.
Three individual sessions: $189
Eric Hopkins has been teaching Pilates for more than 20 years. He was trained and certified through the Performing Arts Physical Therapy and Pilates Studio of Los Angeles. Clients who train with him can expect to focus on strength, posture, flexibility, body awareness and alignment through exercises and techniques derived from the original concepts and teachings of founder Joseph Pilates.
Certification/Training: ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has been comprehensively certified in the Pilates Methodology through the internationally recognized company Peak Pilates, where she was trained and certified under second generation master teacher Coleen Glenn.
