Barbell Power Hour
Barbell Power Hour is an hour long class dedicated to Power Lifting and getting stronger. In this class we will cover the basics of Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift. The course will encompass warm up, lifting technique and form as well as other topics such as mobility and recovery. Each class we’ll work on all 3 major lifts while coaching each person individually as well as keeping track of results throughout the 8 weeks to chart your strength progress over the course of the workshop. Along with our specific programming in this course you’ll also be following the StrongLifts 5×5 app giving each participant a total of 3 workouts per week. This class is perfect for new and intermediate lifters or anyone who has always wanted to work with a barbell but is unsure of where to begin.

About the Instructors
In addition to being General Manager of BodyBusiness Fitness Club, Larry is a personal trianer with certifications from NSCA certified, Precision Nutrition, and USAW Olympic. He specializes in powerlifting and high-intensity workouts focusing on plyometric and balance exercises. However, heconsiders his real specialty to be helping his clients find the balance between the workouts that are both enjoyable and effective.
