BodyBusiness rowing classes harness the full-body nature of rowing, and toning properties of strength training. Students move between indoor rowing machines and strength training segments, burning calories and pushing limits. The low-impact nature of rowing makes it the perfect cross-training tool. High-intensity intervals, strength based sets. A total body workout in 55-minutes. No membership needed. Just the desire to row!
