Small Group Training
History has shown us that by working as a team we gain far greater results than when we work out on our own. Small group training sessions at BodyBusiness Fitness Club offer a great way to challenge yourself with the support, camaraderie and motivation of a team.
Our small group training sessions are designed to drive results and help you achieve your fitness goals. Classes are available for all fitness levels and interests.
STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR FREQUENCY
Our Small Group Training plans allow you to customize your workout schedule to meet your needs. With our month-to-month training plans*, you’ll choose to attend sessions once, twice or three times per week. For even more flexibility, choose our Unlimited option and attend any small group session, at any time**.

STEP 2: FIND THE GROUP THAT’S RIGHT FOR YOU
Explore the session schedule and class descriptions to find the team that best suits your needs. If you’re doing the once, twice or three times per week plan, you’ll commit to a team (or two teams, for 3x/week) for the month. If you’re on the Unlimited plan, you can attend any session you like, but pre-registration is required 24 hours in advance.

*Your Small Group Training plan will automatically renew on the first of the month. Changes or cancellation must be requested 15 days before plan renews.
**Pre-registration for sessions is required at least 24 hours in advance with the Unlimited plan.
