YOUR TRANSFORMATION BEGINS IN
Before and After Assessments
At the beginning and conclusion of the program, participants will undergo a DexaFit’s Dexa Scan which is considered the most accurate method for body composition analysis trusted by research and elite sports labs. DEXA is Simple and significantly more precise than other methods (including BMI, BodPod, and hydrostatic weighing). With it we will be able to quantify your lean, fat, and bone mass (to identify osteoporosis), and visceral fat (which correlates to your risk for hormonal imbalances and disease).
Exclusive Group Workouts
Work out up to 3 times a week with a certified personal trainer in a group setting with your fellow TTP participants. Join the session that best fits with your schedule:
Monday/Wednesday, 7:00-8:00 a.m.
Monday/Wednesday, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday, 9:30-10:30 a.m.
The third workout will be available on Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. for all groups.
Workouts are tailored to meet each individual’s needs, follow a circuit format composed of strength, cardio and core exercises and build over the course of the program. You will be amazed how much progress you can make in 12 weeks!
Practical, Concrete Nutrition Information from Precision Nutrition
As the old adage goes: you can’t outrun your fork! Learning and implementing new dietary habits is critical to success. You will gain specific and useful nutrition knowledge designed to work quickly in improving your relationship with food. We’ll provide you everything from healthy nutrition practices to meal plans.
One-On-One Health And Nutrition Coaching
We know. Lasting change is tough. That’s why we’ve designed this program to provide support and lots of it. It’s much easier to do hard things when you’re working with people who truly care about your success. We’re here to inspire those shifts that lead to profound, lasting changes. Your bi-weekly meetings with your coach will serve to bolster your grit and lift your spirit.
Recovery is often the most overlooked component of a fitness regime. That’s why we’ve built it into each group workout AND included therapeutic massages. Giving your body time to rest and recover is essential to great results. Two 30-minute table massages are included to ensure you are taking time for recovery and are easy to tack on to the end of a workout.

Everyone knows that changing habits takes work and discipline – every part of this program has been thoughtfully designed to support you in making these changes and give you the tools to maintain them after the 12 weeks are over.
