Isometric Contractions Is Where It’s At

Isometric Contractions for problem areas or any areas of the Body that needs increased strength can greatly increase muscle tone, strength and responsiveness.

Just pick the desired area to strengthen, add as much tension as you can muster and squeeze as hard as possible for 10-30 seconds. Make sure you maintain an athletic breath cycle and employ as many sets as you desire.
