Tribe FIT
Tribe FIT™ is a strength and endurance HIIT conditioning program designed for any committed individual regardless of fitness or experience making it the ideal fitness regime. Tribe FIT™ will increase your strength and endurance, burn fat and calories and produce functional full body fitness results leaving you looking and feeling amazingly fit.

Tribe CORE
Tribe CORE™ is a training program intelligently designed to bring toning, strength, stability and power to your core. Tribe CORE™ trains muscles around your pelvis, hips, back and abdomen, starting from the deep torso muscles to leave you with a slim waistline and firm strong abs.

Tribe CORE™ incorporates flexibility and stability training to achieve structural longevity and powerful, pain-free movement.

Tribe LiFE
Tribe LIFE™ is a low impact functional exercise workout designed to ensure you achieve all your exercise needs to be fit for life. Tribe LIFE™ uses low-impact, functional exercises that are not strenuous on the joints. Tribe LIFE™ will ensure you maintain the correct intensity during workouts needed to decrease body fat, increase energy levels, achieve cardio vascular fitness and increase functional strength.

All In Conditioning
Instructor: RP Stuart
Built for all fitness levels to help increase muscle, endurance, and overall body function. Not only will you learn safe and proper lifting techniques, you will be inspired to move in ways that prepare you for real activities you confront in your everyday life! Using a variety
of strength and athletic movements, you’ll be amazed what your body can achieve in a mere six-weeks!

Boxing Bootcamp
This bootcamp is specifically designed to give you agility, strength, fitness and fighting skills creating a greater confidence within and a lean toned body. In addition to greater power and endurance, you will build mental toughness ensuring fast measurable results. Your coach will motivate and challenge you to new levels of strength, fitness and fighting skills.

Med Ball Crunch
This is a 30-minute high-intensity class, focusing on cardio, muscular endurance and core strength. We will work with medicine balls, TRX, resistance bands and dumbbells in a variety of ways to increase the heart rate and burn some calories!

Exercisers of all levels will experience the great benefits that bodyweight training has to offer: increased muscular strength and endurance in both the upper and lower body, as well as tremendous core strength. Best of all, by using the TRX Suspension Trainer, every exercise can be adjusted to each individual’s personal level.

Turbo Calisthenics 
Have you ever admired the physique of a gymnast, dancer or martial artist and thought, “wow, they don’t even lift weights and they look like that”? Join Turbo Calisthenics and you will learn the secrets to priming muscles tone, improving endurance, and burning fat while improving your coordination and overall energy.
