From Barre to Boxing, there is a class for everyone, and our experienced instructors offer group training for all levels.

Barre Fusion
Barre is a FUN, low-impact, full-body workout that draws its exercises from Pilates, Barre, and yoga. The class is designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body by using a variety of exercise toys. A different theme each class encourages participation and motivation. Bootcamp For Kids
This bootcamp will involve exercises that are fundamental to all the things kids need to do as their bodies grow – pull, push, run, jump, throw, climb and lift! This workout will incorporate athletic drills for coordination and agility, strength and stamina exercises as well a teamwork games and challenges. Shandy will motivate and coach your kids every step of the way encouraging your kids to new levels of fitness, strength and confidence.

Boxing Bootcamp
This bootcamp is specifically designed to give you agility, strength, fitness and fighting skills creating a greater confidence within and a lean toned body. In addition to greater power and endurance, you will build mental toughness ensuring fast measurable results. Your coach will motivate and challenge you to new levels of strength, fitness and fighting skills.

Med Ball Crunch
This is a 30-minute High Intensity Class, focusing on: Cardio, Muscular Endurance, and Core Strength. We will work with Medicine Balls, TRX, Resistance Bands, and Dumbbells in a variety of ways to increase the heart rate and burn some calories!

Exercisers of all levels will experience the great benefits that bodyweight training has to offer: increased muscular strength and endurance in both the upper and lower body, as well as tremendous core strength. This small group is for those of you who like variety; no two classes will ever be the same! TBC incorporates complex movements that utilizes multiple muscle groups at one time, making a very highly effective and timely workout.
