Tropical Green Smoothie

If you’re anything like most people, it is very difficult to get your family to eat green food, much less broccoli, LOL! So to save the day, here is a smoothie that packs in 6+ servings of fruits and veggies per serving. (Click here for Apple Pie Delight or Chocolate Maca Shake)

  • 2 bananas
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 3/4 cup frozen broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 packet of powdered greens (optional but adds a veggie boost!)
  • Water as desired


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and fill with water until about 2/3rds full. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds.
